Terms of service

I can refuse a commission for any reason.I am allowed to post the artwork on Twitter and other social media.I will honour requests not to share.Please provide enough references for an accurate picture. Insufficent references will be refused.Payment may only be done via PayPal. Payment is due 100% upfront.Changes may be made anytime. Major changes made after the initial sketch may incur surcharges, which must be paid before completion. Non-payment will result in a 20% refund and I will not complete the commission.Once the commission is done, it is non-refundable. I will refund you 100% if only the sketch has been completed. I will refund you up to 50% if the commission is past a sketch, dependent on level of completion.I may use your commission in something such as a compilation, portfolio, or announcement.I will not use your commission commercially.Commissions are not for commercial use unless agreed upon before starting.Commissions by me are not to be used in any blockchain-related technology, even if commerical use is granted. Blockchain technology includes NFTs, cryptocurrency, and all future technology relating to the blockchain.Commissions by me are not to be used for AI generated art and any future technology regarding AI generated art.All rights to the commission belong to me unless it's being released for commercial use.By commissioning me you agree to the terms above.
